  Order something online. Get there and they've pulled the wrong part, only to learn that they never had the part to start wirh, even though the website claimed they did and I got an email confirmation that my order was ready for pickup. Store manager orders the correct one and has it delivered to my house. When the part arrives, it's the wrong part and has a different part number than the included invoice, that had the "right" part number. The invoice claims any return has to be done so,by going to a Sears store,instead of being able to return it in the mail. This is now TWO wasted trips and when I arrive, I asked the same manager what he could so for me. To my surprise, his reply was it wasn't his problem. And Sears is to ignorant to figure out why they're going under. You just can't fix stupid.
